The rolling stool by Smart Jerry is made in PRC (china). The stool is easy to assemble, but the wheels were missing a couple of the washers. The polyurethane seat pad just sits on top of the metal seat, and comes off easily. The plastic bins on the side and the two trays are thin plastic and are quick to come off. The locking wheels help limit slide when you want to stay in one place....but they are not easy to operate by foot. The seat height is a great working height for a shop. The asking price of $80 seems a bit high for what is in the box.3 stars

This is a very nice product. I weigh easily 220 and it feels very solid under me. The instructions are wrong when they say to put the bottom tray in and bolt it down with the wheels. If you do, it will break the tray. Plus you'd have to make holes yourself. Don't do that. The tray simply sits on bottom. On top of the front bolts and in front of the back bolts. That and the plastic stoppers in the square ends want to keep falling out. I may have to glue them in.So far I'm enjoying using this. It's a great height, is sturdy and rolls well. I also like that the wheels lock. Sometimes that is very useful. I'd give it 4.4 of 5 stars.

I’ve had a few of these style stools over the years. This is one of the nicest ones. I like the height of it. A lot of them are too low so you have to squat on them. This is more of a sitting on and I actually really like that. I am a 6 footer, so perfect for me . Paint is well applied, clean. They didn’t miss anywhere so there shouldn’t be any problems with corrosion long-term. The hardware is good quality should provide along service life . I like the slight angle of the seat so when you sit, it’s not just flat it kinda leans a little bit I like it leaning back a little like that that’s the direction that the drawer opens. But you might find it comfortable the other direction .That being said , a couple of negatives. First , the two side holders are too long. For somebody like me with fairly long arms, They’re just too deep. I would imagine with short arms they may or may not also be an issue depending on how long your torso is . You have to lean down and lean over to get anything at the base of them. I think it would be better served if they were a little shorter and/or a little higher as far as the overall length. The second thing I don’t care for, is the little slide out drawer. There’s nothing stopping it. No friction stop or bump so if you try to move it or lift it cause there’s no handle is the door just falls out so I’ll probably figure out some kind of a clip in the front or magnet set up in the back of it ,because naturally you want to lift it up by grabbing the bar along the back of the top of the seat and when you do the whole unit tips and the drawer falls out. The sum this will be kind of picky, but those are my opinions overall, I love the piece. I might even just taking off the side pods cause they’re just making it a lot wider without much use to me. Even with those items it’s still one of the best ones I’ve ever come across and I’m very happy with it.

I’ve been happy with this rolling mechanic stool so far. The wheels roll smoothly across my garage floor, making it easy to move around while working on projects. The seat is comfortable, and the 330 lbs max load capacity feels sturdy enough for extended use. The overall build quality seems decent, though not overly premium, and the height is good for most tasks. So far, it’s been working well, and we’ll see how it holds up over time. Overall, I’ve been pleased with its functionality and how convenient it is for garage work.
