High Lift
The height of water level as low as 0.5" ,and we recommend the height of the tank is between 4" to 20",the max lift height is 2.5 FT.
Flexible Tubing
After the water pump stops draining for the first time,pay attention to observe whether all the water in the tubing flows back.
(If the water in the tubing is flowed back, which means there is air in the tubing, and the water pump will be able to pump water normally after the air is exhausted.This progress would take about 1-2minutes,don' worry, it's the normal condition.)
Soak the twisted tubing in 50°C-60°℃ water, then it will get straight.
For small power pumps, when installing the pipe, try not to bend it or make it too long.

Purchased a camp with a crawl space with no gutters and downspouts AND some water infiltration in one corner. So I what I did: dug a hole to fit a 5 gallon bucket: drilled holes, covered with geocloth and surrounded with stone. YEP I’m using this as a mini sump pump. I’m here to report the pump has done its job perfectly. For well over a week the bucket was nearly full but the pump pumped the water outside away from the footer. As time passed the water level deceased till now it’s dry. Cleaned the pump and it’s still working auto shut off. I did put gutters and downspouts. Happy crawl space is dry

Easy to use, functions well. Has enough power to pump water out of the dehumidifier and keeps up with water. Size is perfect for reservoir tank

I’ve had this miniature pump in my dehumidifier water reservoir and it keeps it pumped out and it’s been going on and off nonstop for six months! I’m buying more. What a great great product.

So I had this pump because my HVAC unit around a coil in the furnace was over condensating. The condensation would overflow the drain pan to the point the drain pan couldn’t keep up. So I got this pump to assist in the process. When I first deployed into the pan, it worked fantastic. However, it does not handle debris very well. my furnace is in the attic and therefore has tiny bits of insulation that occasionally fall into the pan. This clogged up the pump. However, it was very easily unclogged. Just a little bit of a toothbrush and it’s good to go. The pump itself had some odd malfunction as well. it stopped completely pumping the water through the ejection tube for whatever reason. I was able to fix this by slightly, pulling the plastic that the tube goes into out of the unit itself, and then it began to pump again, almost as if it didn’t have an airflow. Overall, it ended up doing the job, but it required some finagling that was not included the instructions. But there were no instructions to begin with either. Would still recommend it was still a decent product and it’s not very noisy either. It’s relatively small, which makes it convenient for that type of area and the outer casing seems relatively durable.
