conceptually the product is great but in practice it really hurts to have all the weight of your dog just tugging on your shoulder

My 3 lbs. puppy feels safe and happy inside and people don't bother him as much. The material is warm and soft so better for the colder months. He prefers it over other ones that are made of stiff material. It does pill after a few washes but I do wash it weekly and it still works well after over 1 year of frequent use.Good product!

I love this because it frees my hands and is comfortable and my dog loves it as well. The only thing is that there was no instructions included for the leash type attachment so I don’t know how to attach that part.

Normally my chihuahua will snarl at any dog near him... when he's in this sling laying flush against me resting comfortably laying on his paws with his head perked out so he can see what's going on then HE BEHAVES LIKE AN ANGEL!!! He's 12 years old, I've never seen him so well behaved! On his very first airplane ride there was another dog 2 seats over in a hand carrier that was seethrough. So he DID see the dog, but as he comfortably laid in this sling with me padding him on his butt saying 'good boy', literally not 1 peep! Shockingly, he behaved like a totally different dog. I guess feeling snug around his body made him feel secure and pressing against me feeling my body being warm... The MAIN reason I got this was so that people would KNOW he is some sort of a helping dog (since not everyone knows what ESA means), but cause of that sling people were EXTREMELY accommodating! The first restaurant he had ever been in before, they offered him a bowl of water! No questions asked! He sat down at my feet without a peep! No one bothered us once. The TSA security at the airport is "trained" to not even address the ESA animal. I am GLAD they didn't cause my dog can be a bit protective of me. He keeps me safe and out of danger of strangers. So due to the sling, I think especially cause of the large ESA tag, not once have I been asked about him! I was stressed at first about that, not knowing if people would bother me with him... Over the last 2 weeks he's been in 3 res truants, 2 airplane rides, and at least 5 stores. VERY GLAD I GOT THE SLING! I HIGHLY recommend this product if you never want to be bothered about your ESA!!!

Great sling. The bag itself is light and deep and has a nice thick strap, it makes it really comfortable to carry my 11lb pup around. I carried him in it for hours at a dog show and it was pretty darn easy with the sling, all the handlers were very intrested in where I got it and wanted to order one too!

The material is very nice and the size is perfect. However, I was very disappointed that it did not include the removable clip on ESA tag as it states in the description. The tag was one of the main reasons I chose this particular carrier. I would rate the quality of the carrier as a 5 but I rated it a 3 because I am not happy that the tag was not included. Since we will be flying tomorrow, I don't have time to order tags that can be purchased separately.
