This is a nice, well-made messenger bag that is not too big. I got this in navy - it's so dark you could mistake it for black. Some men have called the bag 'glittery' and I can see their point of view. But for my husband he doesn't mind and actually likes the contrast metal zipper. Size-wise this bag can hold several items in the main pouch, which also has an interior pocket. Your phone will not fit into the front zipper pocket - this is good for a wallet or other small item.We envision using this on vacation to hold his phone, a map or so, passport, glasses and other small items. Like I mentioned your wallet will fit in the outside pocket along with some coins needed while traveling.Overall this is a nice bag and the 6in x 9in (approx) is perfect without being too big, or too small for that matter.

This bag seems well made and it is a convenient size for when I need to carry a bit more than can fit into my old bag, shown at the top of the photo. The old bag is well-designed for cross body use, with the strap connected at the top and the side of the bag. This bag has a strap that connects with snap hooks at D rings on either side. It's entirely wearable, but it is more of an under-arm bag than a cross-body.Compared to my old bag, this bag, shown at the bottom of the photo, is much more conspicuous. It has glittery chrome colored zippers and connectors for the strap. The old bag, as shown, as black zippers and the strap is sewn on. Whether this is important or not to you is a question of your personal taste.

I love it when items are accurately advertised! This bag is EXACTLY as described! I've had a lot of crossbody/messenger bags. As a guy, I don't usually need to carry much. I just pop my wallet and phone in my pockets. But there are times when a guy needs to carry extra stuff! If I'm going anywhere where I think I'll need to wait like the DMV or doctor's office, I want to take my Kindle! These bags are great if you just need a little more cargo capacity. If the bag is too small, it is useless. If it is too large, it starts to look likie a purse. This one is just right!When traveling (especially overseas), I never keep my wallet in my back pocket. I always use these types of bags, and have never been pick-pocketed. This bag's size is adequate enough to carry my phone, wallet, Kindle, charging cables, a portable phone charger, sunglasses, and anything else I might need... SECURELY! The strap is adequately adjustable and everything zips up completely.I've had the fake leather bags before. They usually look cheap, and eventually start to peel. So, I usually go with the canvas bags instead. But this one does look good in the Brown PU leather, and the blue/white stripe lining really looks sharp! I know the PU leather will eventually start to peel, so I'll save this one for when I want a "dressier" bag.I am keeping this, but it would make a fantastic gift for a man. Haha, guys don't want to buy a "purse" for themselves, but they really need one of these!

I've been using this bag for most of the week already, and it certainly serves my need. I might have preferred if it was just a little smaller. The leather appearance looks nice. However, the bold statement being made by the side zipper makes it seem like a women's item. Maybe it's just me, but the glitzy zipper and strap fasteners make it look far too feminine. I like that it's metal and apparently decent quality but every other man bag downplays the zipper while this one accentuates it. The thing literally sparkles. It's just too much contrast with the black, like an intentional fashion statement. It would be much better if the zipper was black or if it was recessed in the folds of the material, or perhaps just partly obscured on the top with a bigger seam. Combined with the golden embossed "MILOLIW" nonsense word prominently emblazoned on the front... it's too much. I'll probably give this to my girlfriend.

I have a regular men’s messenger bag that is about the size of a thick ream of paper. It works fine for when I need to have enough things on hand to merit its size. But, sometimes it is a bit large for when all I need to do is carry my cell phone, reading glasses, pen, paper and a few other small things too bulky for a pants pocket. I looked for a smaller messenger bag and decided to try the MILOLIW Crossbody Bag.The bag arrived in a bubble-wrap shipping envelope. Inside, I found the bag packed in a plastic zippered bag. Inside that was a Tyvek-like snappered protective bag with the MILOLIW logo. My first impression was that this was going to be a high-quality product, and that turned out to be true.The crossbody bag is made of a soft polyurethane leather that looks and feels like the real thing. The stitching and quality of the zippers are first-rate. A small 5” x 6” zippered compartment in front holds smaller objects, but won’t fit most modern cell phones. The main zippered compartment is 7.5” x 6” x 1.5” with an interior pocket for things like a cell phone that you want quick access to. Both compartments are lined with a soft cloth. The adjustable strap is made of a soft cotton. I adjusted it where I could wear the bag either crossbody or just over my shoulder. I loaded up my cell phone, a set of reading glasses in a hard case, and a pair of Bluetooth earphones, all in the main compartment, and I still had room to spare. The small compartment will be fine for shopping lists, pens, etc.This will be my go-to bag for dining out, visiting friends and shopping. I’ll use my larger messenger bag for traveling, where I have to add an umbrella, documents and other larger items. A woman might even find this bag to work as a small purse.
