Don't Forget to Seasoning the Bird
A simple mixture of honey, lime, salt, pepper, and paprika is all that it takes to make something special out of a chicken.
Marinades, dry rubs, and bastes will all work well with rotisserie chicken. A good marinade will do more towards a juicy bird than applying sauces during cooking.
When applying marinades or rubs to your chicken, do your best to get it under the skin and to the meat. Coating the skin will help to make it tasty, but won't do a lot for the meat underneath.

There was nothing really to dislike about these. They performed as advertised. The opening was a little too big, but the set screw held it in place perfectly. It held the chicken in place and did not come loose.

Made of stainless steel these rotisserie prongs should last a lifetime. Because they are very universal should I ever need to change the spit shaft I can be assured these will fit the new shaft .

I had a rotisserie from my old grill that didn't fit the new grill, so I made some changes using all-thread from the hardware store, and added these so I can cook 2 chickens at once, or whatever I want to grill. Holding up well so far!

I wanted a set rotisserie forks that fit a large diameter spit rod. These appear to be the same quality of the set that came with my Broil King barbecue. The only issue I have is that there was a receipt inside the package when they arrived that showed the price as $19.99 buy I was charged $56.00. I don't mind paying for quality items but don't appreciate pruce gouging.

Great tings. They are thicker than the rings that came with my Alfredo grill. They fit the wide hexagonal Alfresco spit. The long handle on the tightening screws makes it easy to tighten securely without need for pliers. Also the offset tings make it easy to get purchase in not only larger birds but smaller ones, too. Sturdy stainless construction. I plan to buy another set.

I got these to replace the original meat forks on my Weber charcoal rotisserie. It's perfect, but you need to pay attention to the different spit diameter sizes and select the right one. My set up required the smaller one. (Just measure the width of the spit with a tape measure.) These fork very well made and are better that the originals. The four tines hold things far more securely so it takes a lot less fiddling around to get thing ready. I should have upgraded to these years ago.

LOVE these rotisserie forks. Stainless steel, SHARP, Nice large tightening knobs, DW safe, & they WORK WELL. The 1/2 " one's fit our hex rod perfectly.
