I don't like giving reviews for 1 star. However I have to, in helping other customers. I bought this thinking it would fit a Motorola Moto G Play 2023 and 2024. It did not fit. It was slightly larger and is stuck inside my new Motorola Moto G Play and it can't come out. I'm going to have to get someone to take apart the phone in order to get it out. The tool is useless in getting it out. The tool is a very flimsy piece of aluminum tin that easily bent trying to use it. It's deceiving vs the advertising. The color of tray navy( giving one star on matching color) matched the phone but again it's useless, because the tray is stuck in the phone. Amazon gave me the refund about $7.00. I have to possibly spend money to get this out of the phone and then more money to try to find another SIM card tray that will fit in the phone. I believe someone came into my previous residence and stole the tray from the phone. Trying to find replacement online but haven't yet.

We bought this to replace the tray in a brand new Motorola phone when we couldn't get assistance from Best Buy. Such a small thing, but a really big deal. It fit perfectly and allowed us to establish phone service. The color match (blue) was so close that you wouldn't notice if you didn't know it wasnt the original. After ordering, we found the original, but unfortunately narrowly missed the return window. Overall great product, just be sure to double check compatibility with your particular model.
