I had this installed by a professional plumber. After he was done, he said this is a bad faucet design. And as he said, the facet shown issues. The hot water path was blocked and the cold water was leaking. In the morning, I saw water all over the cabinet and outside in the payday room. I am retuning the item.

This unit requires assembly and that is really a two person job. A skilled individual with a helper that can take direction will suffice.The unit is designed for being plumbed through the wall it’s being mounted to. In my case, it was a retrofit and the plumbing needed to come in through the bottom of the cabinet. Photos 2 and 3 show how I did it in the back of the drawer compartment without losing any functionality. All it required was a notch in the central support and an access hole in the bottom of the cabinet behind the drawer. A double drain kit from the hardware store works just fine.If you’re looking for a very useful laundry/utility sink, this is a great choice.

No, it's not real high quality but for the price it's exactly what I expected. It goes together like an Ikea cabinet and is made of particle board. Directions were easy to follow. Faucet is pretty light weight but mine is not plastic. We're using it in our laundry room as a utility sink. Compared to the old really ugly utility sink we had hanging on the wall with no cabinet, this one is gorgeous. My husband could have made me a cabinet but with buying a sink and faucet and using wood he has around the house it easily would have cost us two - three times as much. For an occasional use sink, not worth the cost or effort.

You have to put the whole thing together. It was a pain and not worth the price at all. Feels cheap. Wouldn’t recommend!

Very satisfied with this dual sink cabinet! It surpassed my expectations! For “assembly required” cabinetry, it is really high quality. A perfect fit for our small laundry room. And, for online shopping I was concerned about damage from shipping. Not a problem ! The high quality, professional packaging is amazing! Great job SimpliHome!
