This silicone gap cover is originally designed for the gap between your stove and countertop. Insert the gap cover into the gap with the matte side facing up, sit it perfectly in place. Please ensure that the narrow flap is laying on the stove side to avoid direct contact with flame/pot. "T" design underside to keep it firmly in place but two counters needs to be in the same height.

These gap covers for the stove/counter are easy to install with no real issues. You do have to trim them to size as best you can to fit. Sounds a lot more difficult than what it is. Really does a good job and blends in with the stove and counter top.

I had a metal set of these that were sliding around and I was constantly fixing them. This set of silicone ones are perfect!! They stay in place and do their job.

Make sure you measure to get the right size. I order ones to short at first. Feels in the gap and easy to wipe off. I do find things cling to this rubber so you gotta wipe them off very often. But they work for keep crumbs out and cover the gap.

Not happy with product and even more unhappy that there isn't a free 'drop box' option (to print that label would cost me $6.99). I live 3 hours from a UPS store so that is impractical. The product came rolled up, after unrolling and laying flat in a warm area, the little "slot" piece is still crooked. Which made it impossible to lay out. When I tried to press it flat, it still looked odd, not sure it it would ever lay flat properly. Would like to return but do not want to pay for it!!

I like not having to regularly clean the spaces between my stove & countertops. What I don't like is that they wrinkle so I have to continually smooth them out. Product is fair, fast delivery & easy to cut to size.
