The package arrived three (3) days early! The DVR was in its original package and inside another box. Packaging filled with foam peanuts. The DVR was wrapped in bubble wrap keeping it safe and secure. I ordered the 16 Channel DVR to add more cameras. My reason for purchasing the DVR was that my Night Owl DVR stopped working and needed a compatible DVR. After reading all the Product Description thoroughly and verifying with the seller (which the reply was quick) the compatibility, plus having 3 TB storage. I have installed the DVR which was done with 15 minutes. I am still studying the detail setup and instructions. I have to say I am Satisfied with my purchase and look forward to future business. Thank you!

Work great , but the only bad thing is the power supply cord went out within a few months
