I was doing a lot of resin type sanding and it would go all over the place so I had to use a large plastic bag to contain some of the dust. Resin dust is harmful to breathe in so I wore a mask but it still made a mess. This vacuum adapter is great. I’m sure it doesn’t capture 100% of the dust but it’s definitely made a difference. Plus the dust catcher that came with the sander was so small I had to change and clean it out frequently. This is perfect!

If only it came off the sander easily. Now , after a bad time with the original dust collector, I’m reluctant to remove it at all and the image (only) of using a slip tie for stability is not helpful.It does seem to work but how to quantify it?

Very nice addition to your workshop. If you have a B&D mouse sander you would love these, no more dust storm and changing the dust collector anymore!! Highly recommend, works and fits perfect. I love this thing!! Bought 2 of them.

The adapter fits and works great, picks up a lot of the dust from sanding. The only negative is the sander air holes are not big enough and limits the air capacity. The vacuum could run hot no fault of the adapter. Still works great.

It’s a perfect fit and really helps keep dust at a minimum! It’s pricier than I think it should be, but it works and is durable.
