Really big, make sure you have a pan or griddle that has at least a 10 1/2 inch cooking surface. Just 10 inches won't do.

This press got rusty after the 1st use. Unfortunately I used it a day before the return window… a waste of money !

Love the size and weight. I use it on my big griddle when cooking a lot of bacon. Cleanup is easy. I do wash it with dish detergent, but I dry it completely and then season with a little oil. Handle is easy to hold. Well-made.
