Nach knapp 3/4 Jahr Nutzung alles super. Kein Gnarzen oder Knirschen aber die Ketten machen mir zu viele Geräusche, habe sie gegen Textilgurte getauscht -> danach super!

This ball-style swivel is exactly what I needed. As others mentioned, its footprint won’t work on a 2x4 edge, but that should seem obvious from its design. I bolted mine to a 4x12 ceiling beam, using the included bolts; install was literally under one minute. I went with this model specifically because the ball-swivel allows heavy bag to rotate/rock/lean 360', where others tend to rock in one direction but bind in the other, putting strain on the mounting point. Would recommend!

Stevig een bokszak ophangen. Geen extra veermeer nodig en maakt geen geluid. Af en toe een beetje WD40 op de kogel doen voor smering.

Metallen är stark och kulan rullar på bra. Men måtten på amazons hemsida är fel och var tvungen att hitta mått via 2nda part. Det går absolut inte att borra ett 10mm hål i betong och få in expandern så gjorde nya hål i metallen på 12mm

I installed this in the basement on an overhead beam. The beam that holds up the floor joists. Very secure. Make sure you mount it in such a way that when the heavy bag starts swinging the overhead structure can support it and you have room to move arount.
