I could not ask for a better holder when I went on a beach vacation with the family. It was easy to clean sand off and easy to retrieve when your done fishing.

This is just what I needed. I was using a shorter one but then every time someone walked by they had to duck under my line. With this taller one, that problem is avoided.

This product is very sturdy and it did everything I needed it to do. I still have it today and have used it many times when fishing at the beach. It has given me no problems.

First of all, It did not mention about the tube size. So I ordered it first to see.Tube: 13"Aluminium Spike: 28.5"Total Length: 41.5 ( close to 42" not a big deal)For thise who use it for the first time get this one rather than twenty some inches version. Sand density is different by places. It can be long spike for some places but it can be just right for some places. If it is too long, home depot will cut it for you. But you can not extend what is short.Really practical for its price. I am using it for three years without problem. Thick aluminium.
