The item does not match the picture exactly. the thumb screws do stick up higher than the photo. The thumb screws made it very easy to install. It took about five seconds to install each one. The rubber seal is thick enough to create a tight seal.

as advertised, they keep the water out. and allow the vent area to dry out before they rust through. (or after) in my case.

One arrived with a slight crack. Overall, the plexi is too thin for any long term use. The retention twist-locks work but I wouldn't drive around with them for fear of them breaking.

The picture shows the push down connectors as flat with a slot for turning/locking. The item delivered has these big machined thumb screws for turning/locking. I ordered them because they are flush and not with these big knobs sticking up.
