I got a stain on my suede chair, probably sunscreen and then trying to fix it with home remedies made it horrible never try baking soda and water on suede… Anyways, many solution treatments vinegar rubbing alcohol later I thought this was a loss. I started using a traditional rubber eraser and thought I would give this one a try cause I really like this brand and their products. This is not just a rubber eraser. it is basically not noticeable. At least the part that I made worse. I think it’s a miracle recommending this across-the-board.

This giant rubber eraser with something abrasive in it is great step in cleaning and restoring Nuback shoes. I have struggled with getting Nuback shoes cleaned for obvious reasons. It is hard to remove oil stains stills and ground in dirt. Well this will remove most of the dirt and some of the oil stains but anything that is too deep will require more tools to remove the offending oil. but as a "Step 2" in getting Nuback cleaned this is a great tool.

This eraser is the best suede eraser I have ever tried. Other erasers will lift a lot of color from the material when erasing. The Saphir eraser is amazing at removing hard stains that I’ve never had luck removing before and does not lift color from the suede nearly as much as any other eraser I’ve tried. It’s just an eraser though it can only do so much and may not completely remove deep oil or water stains but sure does an amazing job! Highly recommend for anyone with even one piece of suede or nubuck leather clothing as you never know when a stain can happen.

These well-worn UGG slippers were looking really shabby -- those dark stains are easily over a year old. I recently came across a YouTube video suggesting this "gummi" suede cleaner, which I never knew about. It worked like magic, and brought the slippers back to life with little effort.

Dear Saphir,This eraser works really well on my Grant Stone Midnight suede Ottawa’s that I wear on a daily basis. I also have a pair of Thursday shadow grey suede Cavalier’s but I have not worn them outside or longer than trying them on for their fit. I have used this eraser on my GS’s and they work well. They do breakdown kinda fast and leaves a lot of shavings behind after you try to erase a stain. I have used it a few times and they do their job but it doesn’t seem like they will last a long time but you can tell they do what they were designed to do. They keep my midnight suede Ottawa’s clean and stain free for the most part.I don’t like how much shavings get created from trying to remove one stain. You can tell that this eraser is not as harsh on suede as other erasers are on the article be it shoes/boots/jackets/purses etc, which is great in terms of longevity on your suede items. It’s just annoying to clean up. I would recommend putting newspaper underneath you while using the eraser or do it over a trash can because it will leave a lot of shaving behind because of how soft it is on your suede; again, a “ good thing” and I will continue to use it on my suede pieces. Check my 3rd photo. It’s how much is left after only using it about 6 times to remove stains. I don’t think this eraser will last that long but that’s ok because it works and does its job in keeping my suede boots looking fresh.Thanks in advance!

This was a product that I didn't know about till watching on YouTube. Who knows how many suede shoes I could have saved. If you have suede shoes and you want to bring them back to almost new, this is the product for you.

Bottom line: I bought this to clean up a pair of beat-up Chloe suede booties. The eraser did such a great job that I sold the booties back to the same reseller for twice what I paid.READ THIS: The eraser is great, but it takes a knack and must be used carefully. You will need a good suede brush as well for the finishing.Very pleased.
