This was a wonderful replacement to the Broan fan that died after we owned it for a year. Real quick and easy replacement, plus it works even better than the original.

Let's be honest. Broan sets the bar VERY low with their bathroom fans. A lot of new construction comes with their garbage 50cfm bathroom fans in the shower. They aren't worth the electricity they use.This 110cfm is really easy to install and the highest capacity replacement without changing out the entire unit with ductwork.No complaints, really, besides quality assurance. First one I got was really wobbly and wouldn't spin flat. Replacement got sent out. Just test it when you get it.

Good fit and big improvement in air flow. Be careful during installation, clearance spacing is somewhat critical to prevent striking or wearing against frame. If it doesn't improve your air flow, check your duct and outside louvers.

I actually needed just the motor for a project and it's working pretty good. I built a custom air purifier and I needed the fan motor to power the blade for the fan part of my air purifier and it's working very well
