I got this for my 2 year old who has autism and bangs his head violently. I knew it would be too big because I saw the measurements beforehand, so I had to put an extra hold on top because the Velcro piece doesn’t hold for him. But that’s not the manufacturers fault. This was the best option for me to get him and it’s amazing. He still bangs his head, but he hasn’t had a bloody forehead or anymore markings so it’s doing its job! I added ears to it so it would look more cute for him lol
