This item was not as is pictured on Amazon. It is large, grey and square, that doesn’t meet the placement nor have strong attachment to the stick. The fabric holds on to all debris that it picks up even washing. If you have any outside material (as I do brought in by my dog) it will render this item useless.

This is one of the most disappointing purchases I've made. Other people gave this microfiber pad rave reviews but I found its performance substandard. The pad doesn't glide across my floors well. It drags in a sticky manner across the surface of all my floors, including my smooth porcelain tile and newly polished maple floor. It feels like the pad is snagging on my smooth floors. The less expensive Rubbermaid pads glided across my floors much better.

I really can't say enough about the Rubbermaid Commercial products. I have wood floors and just use the dust mop and it actually has the dust bunnies and dog hair and crumbs adhere to the dust mop. After the dust mop I use the damp mop. Works great.Adding to my review as I found this is the best dust mop I have ever used and will be ordering another one. Just finished using it and really am impressed with how much sticks to this so I'm not having to go back and redo areas. I highly recommend this...makes my life easier.

Wow! I just used this to dry mop a driver's lounge which is part of our auto service/tire business. This one mop head cleaned 3000 sq ft of luxury vinyl tile flooring. I bought it to use after I wet mop with the Hygen microber head to dry the wet floor and have not yet done that. I am so impressed with the job this mop head did on it's own and it saved me a damp mop run across the floors. The Hygen system is high quality and effective- this coming from someone who loves to clean!

These are great for picking up pet fur and dander. They hold onto fur, rather than letting clumps and dust fall off as you move around. I position the pad off-center on the mop handle, with the larger overhang on the front leading edge. I keep that large edge forward as I push the dust mop, making S-turns as needed. Occasionally I'll press that edge along with the accumulating fluff, against the wall baseboard to secure the pile and keep collecting more. The pads go in the laundry and they've stayed in great shape. I've washed these dozens of times with other microfiber cloths and mop heads using regular liquid laundry detergent. I tend to take a minute and vacuum the collected debris from this mop head before laundering them, which prevents the other microfiber towels in that load from collecting fur as well. When I realized how easy it is now to clear the floor, I ordered more to keep in rotation while I collected a full load of towels.

I actually use this mop head to clear the dust off the high ceilings and walls in my house. I have used it on floors also and it seems to grab the dust and hold it. Works great!!!
