These are great for small designs, and thick enough like other rubber blocks from JuneSix that I've gotten in the past. Unlike the pictures on the listing, all my blocks are white, but there are colored stripes in the center of each block. I used one of them, cut in half, to make a little heart and a little skull to stamp on a shirt for my daughter. These would also be great for someone that's just getting started with lino since the small size basically forces you to do more simple designs (or at least ones that aren't as involved).
