I needed to quite down my bass pedal. it was vibrating thru the floor..I'm in the back bedroom, I don't know how many feet. alot. so coming down the hallway, you can hear it but not to much. I close the door, turn the TV on. it sorta masks it. I use headphones. it also keeps the pedal stationary. I might get another one, not sure. so I can give it 5 stars. it's doing its job, we can't control everything, they are drums, after all. I couldn't play in a room with others. they would hear the tap on the toms..it would drive me nuts. 🫨

What's in the picture is not exactly what I got. I got a whitish rubber that I believe is not gum rubber. To me gum rubber is darker colored and it has a lot of grip. The rubber I received is really light colored and slick.

Great for drum practice pads. I cut mine into 4 - 6” squares. There is a strong smell but that’s to be expected. It’s rubber.

This gum rubber sheet arrived ahead of schedule and in very nice packaging and the gum rubber itself is an excellent product with multiple uses. I highly recommend it.
