My son saw this is an office store for over $300 so I checked amazon to see if they could beat the price and it was only $130!He put it together in about 5 minutes. He sits in it for several hours a day and its comfortable and supportive. It rolls around easy on low pile carpet.

The chair was easy to assemble, very comfortable and overall very good build quality. Shipping was delayed due to storms in the area but customer service went above and beyond to get the item to me. I appreciated the fast response and updated communications. A+ for customer service.

I just got the chair and this is my first day with it so I will likely update this review at some point. So far the chair feels good on my back and has support where I need it. I tried out probably 15 or more chairs at Office Depot and this one felt the best. I have lower back issues and the lumbar support is exactly where I need it. The problem I immediately ran into while assembling was the bolts not tightening on the arm rest. Thankfully it was only one bolt on each arm rest, so the other 2 bolts kept the arms from being wobbly. However, I can see some people potentially getting unlucky and having the issue with more bolts than I did. Assembly was super easy but I used to assemble products as a job in the past so it is hard for me to say how someone else might fair with it. However, it was all very straight forward and simple. The only issue I had with assembly was lining up the holes and bolts for the back of the chair but got them after a few minutes. Took me maybe 15 minutes to assemble. Only other issue was again, the bolts not tightening. It wasn't like I over tightened, the literally just never fully gripped the threads and would just spin without ever tightening. If the other bolts hadn't tightened this would have been a 1 star for having wobbly arm rests right out of the box.
