These are very durable shades and look great. The metal loops on each corner are held securely by the stitched fabric. I've had them hanging outside for a few months now and they have endured extremely high winds which we receive almost every evening in monsoon season.The only thing I don't like, and this is not specific to this brand, is that the edges of these sail cloths curve inward. I would prefer a strait edge, particularly on triangle-shaped sails, which would make it much easier to position correctly and not leave gaps in shade coverage.Great sail for the price.

We have a outdoor corner that gets sun from mid morning through the afternoon.I searched to find a sun shade that was designed for a 90 degree corner. This one is 14 feet along the two 90 degree sides and 19.2 feet along the hypotenuse. I was able to hang it with a couple of turnbuckles to set the tension.The shade seems well made, blocks 90% or more of the sun, and had the "D" rings already sewn in with sturdy reinforced straps. I gave 4 stars for Durability and sturdiness because I only just hung it up. We will need to wait and see.But for the money, it would be hard to beat.

The product is a plasticy, tarpy like material and not a canvas or fabric. I suppose that helps with color and drainage. It does lessen the sun energy through it but not like a solid barrier. The color does show through below so pick your shade carefully. We did 16' x 16' which sounds big but the shape and curved edges eat into that a little bit. Use a triangle area formula. Over all; it does do what was expected!

These sails are very well made and very sturdy. They add just enough shade for our seating area on our patio. Very easy to take down before large storms but definitely withstand average storms. Would buy again
