Fits my hand nicely, but not at all happy how sticky the spring action is on the first pair right out of the box. I did sit and squeeze them probably 40-50 times thinking they need to loosen up, but they still didn't spring right open when squeezed tightly.It took quite a bit of playing with them to consider them to have a semi fluid spring open response. There's also oily gunk seeping out of the join area I am not happy about. So far the actual cutting is dependable though and that is their primary purpose, so 4 stars.

These are great small pliers with wire cutters. They are a bit on the small size, so I included two photos to give some perspective, as it is hard to tell their size from the online photo. The pliers are not exactly wrapped and labeled for individual sale, but they do have a protective plastic cover over each one. Spring loaded and work great. A comfortable grip makes them easy to use.

These are half the size of regular needle nose pliers. Which works when I have a tight space to work in. These five look durable enough to last a long time. These pliers are also a good toy for young boys, when they are being watched.

These small side cutters work fine for craft use. The handles are good, but the jaws aren't very precise. I like the dual material handles. They off some good grip and make the small pliers more usable for bigger hands. Also, the return spring has just the right weight to pop them open without overly increasing the effort required to close them. The jaws on these cutters are ok for snappy stuff, things that don't require the cutters to complete the whole cut. The jaws don't close simultaneously, and in some cases, they don't close along the entire blade. All 5 pairs showed some oddities on the jaws. Usually this just results in small bits of wire insulation that are left uncut. But, if the heal of the jaws lands and the tips don't, then it's tough to make precise cuts with the tips of the cutters.

This a set of small pliers which are pretty good in quality. Works great for small household work and with small items. Can be used with 3d printers to remove support.

Making either a plier or a cutter is easy, but combining them together on the same jaw is hard. It is very difficult to machine both and get them perfectly for both. Usually, one or the other will be just a little off from perfection. A plier jaw do not have to line up perfectly to function as a plier. Most material to be gripped by a plier are not thin enough to make any difference. Thus, all 5 pliers will grip well. It is difficult to machine the cutting blade perfectly by hand or mechanically. The plier jaw does not allow any margin of error in machining the cutting blades. Because the machining of the cutting blade is difficult, only one cutter was perfect. The other four cutters will cut, depends on where the cutting is done on the cutting blade. Thus, the cutting may need to be done twice to get a full cut through a braid of fine wires. If you want a perfect plier and cutter in one tool, you would need to spend more so the manufacturer can upgrade their machines to be able to machine the tool perfectly.

I'm primarily using these mini side cutters for working on electronics and they're helpful to use. The blades feel hard and are quite sharp as I was able to cut through multiple thick wires and component legs easily without causing any noticeable wear. 4 of the 5 side cutters have evenly ground and symmetrical blades although one pair has a blade that's slightly longer than the other. This hasn't affected its ability to cut through wire although it makes it difficult to use the tips for cutting components closely to circuit boards.The handles are spring loaded which is convenient and the hand grips are made of plastic with a thin rubber over molding. The grips are securely attached to the handles and they don't fall off. Overall these are decent mini side cutters and are helpful to use in hard to reach locations on circuit boards. Something to note is that these don't include a storage case.

I ordered these wire cutters for my wife's crafts and for my workshops, I find the cutter works better the closer the wire is to the cutter's tip.I like the red handle, as it is easier to find. The plastic handle is comfortable, and I like the shoulder on the handle.

HOUSERAN Small Needle Nose Pliers are nice and compact which is handy and you would think a 5 pack is a lot but there is a place for each and every one so I can cut down on my trips to the garage. While it has a good grasp, I am not a fan of the square end; I mean needle nose ...it isn't flat end needle nose but at least they are upfront in their advertisement and I knew that going in thinking I can make do but it really would have been so much better with the needle nose. The cutter is just okay; took a few attempts just on a simple paperclip and chain. The spring is just okay too. Sometimes it does not spring back so I manually have to open the pliers. They are hardy and pretty decent for your odd jobs or crafting and they do grasp tightly which is what I was looking for. Decent set.
