Got this receipt printer for the store I work at. The one we have only allows USB or serial connection, so the network connection of this one grabbed my attention.The printer comes with a serial cable, USB cable, power adapter, and a USB drive with all the drivers and documentation. The documentation is fairly good (with a few translation mistakes but understandable) and very comprehensive.I tested it on both Windows 11 and Linux. Installation on Windows using USB was fairly easy; USB on Linux took me a little longer but I got it working. Since we have several computers at the store, I finally connected it to our store's network and got it working with both Windows and Linux computers.I must mention that, when I connected the USB to the Windows machine, Windows Defender detected approximately 4 malicious files on it. Not sure if it's a false positive or legit, but I'd recommend that you scan the USB drive with a good antivirus before using it.Overall I'm happy with the product. I hope Linux support is improved on future revisions, and the manufacturer makes sure the USB is free from viruses (assuming, of course, the scan results are legit).

Opened my boutique three months behind schedule so…. I’m just plugging in this unit for the first time and it doesn’t connect to any register we have. It’s defective, amazon won’t return. No customer service! Spend the extra money and get a better quality unit. This one is junk!
