These wheels come well packed so they are safe during shipping. First thing you will notice is how light they are. For aluminum wheels they are very light. They have rim tape on them already so they are ready to take a tire and tube. Once tire is on attach your brake rotor front wheel is ready to be mounted. You will also have to mount the gears on the rear but it was quick and easy to do and then the rear is ready. Very good looking on the bike. They look great, are made very well, and are a great alternative to carbon fiber. Only mild complaint is the coasting noise is a little louder than stock wheels.
