This product did not fit my log splitter. I damaged it trying to install, so I can't return.

Okay so it fits my 64 vw bugs hub but it was just shy of fitting. So it's a hair loose so to make it fit properly I cut slits on it before the lip of it as you can see in the pictures and used a set of vise grip pliers which made the now tabs face out a little and I bent them in a little and it now has tension on it and the lip seals it against the hub. When in doubt? Modify it and it works. Simple as that. Also I wasn't able to get the actual stock ones that fit because a lot of places are on back order and I placed my order on Amazon last night and they got here the next day which was today. I'm extremely happy that my hub is protected and won't be spitting out grease now. Lol if I'm ever in a pinch again I'm ordering from this company again.
