The top has tabs in the side to hold the piece securely in place, it’s difficult to remove in order to fill the carafe with water.

Thickness is about the same as the original.The lid seats properly, but not sure how long it will hold up.It doesn't pour great, but doesn't dibble or spill.The band and screw are stainless, so hopefully will not rust.

Fits my coffeemaker but something is off with the spout. It's hard to pour without spilling off the side of the spout and missing the cup. Have to pour very slowly.

This MRX Solutions replacement glass carafe fits perfectly in my coffee maker. It looks and its shaped just like the original except this one has a stainless steel trim on the handle. The carafe is durable and it has a nice thickness. Great quality replacement carafe.
