This chef shirt is super lightweight. I can work in the hot kitchen and not sweat to death. The color is pretty attractive too. Much better than the typical white or black chef shirts.

Better than what I had been wearing, but still not good enough. The fabric was very stiff and coarse. It felt like wearing a jacket, not a shirt. The only time I could feel the mesh back panel working was when I pressed my back into the freezer door. Maybe it would be more comfortable if you were wearing a t-shirt underneath in an air conditioned kitchen with lots of fans.
