Console/controller: PS5Had problems getting the Bluetooth to pair and the light just continued to flash. Pretty frustrating when you're under the impression it should be a plug and go type deal given the directions on the back of the box. I came back to the product page to see if there were any other instructions or advice in the reviews...none. I was going to find a similar product and send this one back.The new product I found had instructions on what to turn off and on in the audio output settings. One of the settings was to turn OFF "Switch Output Device Automatically". I went back to the console settings and turned this off and what would you know? The damn thing paired with my earbuds. Will continue to monitor to see how this holds up. If it goes bad at least I know there is a backup.

Poor quality, I unplug it the 3rd time from my PS5 and it separated into pieces, I had to fix it with glue! Not recommended at all!

The item arrived on time in perfect condition,works good on my PS5, signal good when it comes to Bluetooth, in case it doesn't work keep connecting the chip to the USB port until it gives you a signal.

was easy to pair on my ps5… used razer hammerhead earbuds.at first sound would cut off but what i did i just connected the type z connector directly without any attachment.sound connects perfectly, but….. the sound is off by like a millisecond.. i play online so i need the sound to be on point. everything is good till you shoot and notice the sound is off. very disappointing since its great for the price.

Was relatively easy to pair wireless earbuds, but audio constantly cuts our. I'm not even 10ft away from my console where the device is plugged in, but the connection is so poor you get about 10 seconds worth of sound for every minute the device is actually "connected". Not a latency, delay issue, the audio just barely transmits. Best way I can describe it is like having poor reception to a radio station. The sound comes through in patches. The audio isn't delayed, it just barely gets enough reception to hear every 3rd word of the song.Ultimately this device seems to be poor quality, and works about 25% as advertised.
