I have always been hesitant about high top hiking boots because they inevitably always make my ankles hurt. This is the first pair that has not. Definitely worth a purchase. Wide toe box.

Bought these last minute for a 10 day mountain rescue exercise. Put them through mud, rain, and hot humid weather and they did a good job keeping my feet dry and comfortable. The inserts did have to get changed after two days because of the smell from all the moisture, but they ship with an extra pair of inserts so I was able to wash them and air dry them in between changing them out. I normally get back pain with bad fitting shoes, but these boots fit great and kept my feet comfortable all day. I also used them to rock climb and repel outdoors and they had good traction. Overall, I would say these are great versatile boots to use outdoors in different terrains. Very satisfied with them, especially with such a low price.

I love these boots! The reviews I read were good so I decided to go ahead & purchase these. I'm glad I did because I am very happy. Like some of the other reviews said these boots are comfortable right out of the box. No breaking in necessary. I normally wear a 9 1/2 shoe but decided to size up to a 10 due to toe pain. They are true to size & the toe space is wide & I have enough extra space for comfort. My order came with an extra pair of insole inserts & an extra pair of shoe laces. I would definitely recommend these if you are looking for great hiking boots!

[Review for black & blue boots] What's the best thing about these hiking boots? You don't have to break them in, and the insoles are super comfortable, and they're true to size. I'm also impressed with the water resistance. I've crossed many creeks, and the water came up over the shoes, and my feet stayed completely dry.However, I had to give this three stars, because these are not slip resistant at all. I went out on my deck after a downpour, and almost slipped and fell on the slick surface. I've also had some slippage on trying to navigate on rocks through a creek.[Review for the brown shoes] I ordered the brown version of these, and they are not at all like the black and blue ones that I have. First, the sizing is smaller. I ordered the 8, which I did in the black & blue, and it was way too tight. They also do not come up over the ankles. but instead are right beneath the ankle, which I do not want in a hiking boot.

I purchased these to go on a hike in the mountains. They came with an extra pair of laces and insoles. They were comfortable throughout the hike and gave great ankle support in addition to having superb traction. They are also quite cute and a great buy!

Thank you Seller, delivered quite fast. I have not wear it to hiking yet but did a try of the size US 9 fit well.Hopefully it will be comfortable in full day hiking and waterproof. 😊
