I rarely leave reviews but needed to this time. The lid arrived broken. Since the price was pretty good I decided to try using it without the lid. My coffee made the cup too hot to hold and by the time I could hold the cup my coffee was cold (very poorly insulated). Decided to repurchase from our local NCSU Red & White shop. Hoping my refund comes through.

Love this cup! Holds ice and liquid cold all day. Not sure how easy it is to flip the lid to sip from the cup as I use the straw-hole. Design is nice and has held up through several washings. Easy to wash all the parts. The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 was because in removing the rubber piece around the threads of the cap in order to really wash thoroughly, it is hard to get the rubber piece perfectly aligned back. I have had no issues with leaking though.
