Android app can do SO much, but for making labels you can't change the font. This is one thing every other app can do. AI features are extensive, but cost 'gold' and you costs real money to purchase more. This wasn't mentioned prior to purchase. I'm afraid if the company servers go down, so goes down all the app features.The privacy policy and user agreements are SCARY. You must abide by Chinese law (?) and they can use all of your data if they want. It says with your permission, then another bullet point says to the effect of "if they want to share with their affiliates".Yikes.But, you can turn your phone to airplane mode and it retains lots of functionality. Just not the ability to select your font.

I've found one too many uses for this little thermal printer. Taking work notes, making custom labels, I've already gone through an entire roll of paper. The only downside to this little printer is that even at its maximum print level, the quality is spotty at best and jagged at worst. Some images are unrecognizable and in some cases, I've found I can get better quality by switching to text format. For what it is and for the decent price, it meets my needs, but if you need detail, look for a higher dpi printer.
