Fits the cable snuggly and I couldn't ask for more. Additionally, this is the PERFECT grommet if you own a 2000-ish Civic and want to use the factory hole that Honda provides on the bottom right hand side below the battery with a rubber seal on top. It fits exactly. Use a little RTV/silicone on the surface that touches the exterior firewall (theres a slight recess in the plastic stud to hold it even) and you're good to go. Watertight. Now, if only I had smaller hands to run wire in that thing.
