I’m pretty happy with this mattress got it almost 6 months ago, it’s sturdy and soft. Took off a star because it’s a tad firm so i got a foam mattress topper and it’s perfect.

After laying in a hole for 3 yrs now I finally bought a new bed in a box. I got it in the morning delivery & slept on it that night. It was filled out minus corners already. I've gotten some great sleep on it so far & aches are subsiding finally. Can't believe the body change in couple weeks have made. I'm 263lbs not paying in a hole anymore has done wonders for more sleep & waking up not stov up.

Comfortable & soft; however, never fully expanded to 10inches & corners are all sagging.

I have had this mattress for almost an entire month. So far so great. Fiberglass free! When I unpackaged this it completely filled out in a literal minute. It was the full ten inches and fit my bed perfectly. I honestly think it could be more firm. The mattress I had before this was a true firm mattress and this one I would say is semi firm. It has a little more sinkage than I prefer but still have zero back pain. However, it still is just so comfortable. It feels like a cloud but also firm at the same time? It’s also very light weight and has zero odor. There are a few things about this mattress that I believe could be better, however for the price point and ease of assembly it’s definitely worth it!

We’ve owned several memory foam mattresses over the years and decided to take a chance on this one. Unfortunately, it was a huge mistake. From the start, the mattress never fully expanded at both ends, leaving us with a giant rainbow-like arch in the middle. While it was supposed to be a 10-inch mattress, it only expanded to about 9 inches in the middle and a disappointing 6 inches at the ends. To make matters worse, the four corners are hard, brittle, and never expanded properly either.Additionally, this mattress is significantly smaller than a standard queen. It’s about 2 inches short on all sides, making our queen sheets (which were snug on our previous mattress) incredibly loose. The undersized dimensions also expose a lot of the bed frame, which is not just unsightly but also inconvenient.On the positive side, the mattress didn’t have the unpleasant chemical smell that many memory foam mattresses have when new. Unfortunately, that’s about the only good thing we can say about it.The return process is equally frustrating. Once the mattress expands, it doesn’t fit back in the original box, so you’re stuck figuring out how to ship it back. Even then, you have to wait approximately 30 days after they receive the return for a potential refund—if they decide the product is “damaged.”Save yourself the hassle and disappointment—avoid this mattress entirely.

Amazing bed! Package was manageable to get inside by myself and unload but if you have a hard time moving around or lifting you might want an extra set of hands to make it go smoother. There was a slight smell (to be expected with the material) but it didn't linger after it got some time to air out once I cut open the plastic wrap. If you're sensitive to smells I suggest opening a window or turning on a fan before you unwrap this. Beside that the bed is absolutely worth every penny. It's firm so there's no spring back but it's soft enough to really wrap around your joints and curves. I added another topper onto my bed because I like mine a bit higher up! Using it as a base I can really tell a huge difference in support versus my last mattress. There is almost no motion transfer which is a huge plus for me, because I hate feeling my whole bed squeak or shift if I want to switch the side i'm sleeping on. 10 out of 10! I LOVE this mattress and am even considering buying one for my mother as well :)
