Terrible smell when removed from plastic. We waited 6 hours for it to air out and it was still awful. We would like a refund. Is someone able to take the mattress now down stairs .... ot is hard to get outside

Amazing mattress. Poofed up immediately, trapped me in my small room.its the best mattress I've ever slept on . No strange smells. No discoloration it's firm. And cooling I haven't had a nice sweat since I've been sleeping on it I love it I'd recommend it to anybody

I’m very happy with my purchase I’ve been having very bad back pain and needed a new bed when I got this bed as soon as I took it out the box and the wrapping it looked super comfy I let it sit for 20 minutes and it already looked ready to go best night of sleep I’ve had in a while and no more back pain

I received my bed yesterday and it was very easy to setup. Just unroll and watch it grow. I wasn't expecting much due to the price, but I just had an amazing night's sleep. I'm 5'10" 300# with bad knees, shoulders, and back. The bed supported me perfectly. No pressure points,even load distribution. The mattress is stiffer than medium, but not hard. Edge support is good. I bought the 12" Queen and yes I paid for it. Not a Freebie.I very highly recommend! Excuse me, I'm going back to bed now.Update, I have had the bed about a month. Still a very comfortable night sleep and I'm in love with it. I would definitely buy it again!
