Ordered 2 sets for our outside locked signboard, these letters and characters are great!, but be ready to order more than one set... They come with a couple of letters like most of these sets but with a name like ours we had to order 3 set's. Lets face it MUSKOGEE WAR MEMORIAL PARK & MUSEUM uses a lot of M's but these characters have lasted for over 5 years now in an outdoor sign that is covered and locked but still exposed to weather extremes and temperatures from 0 degrees to 115 degrees Fahrenheit.

This order was to backfill stock we had shortage of; and to complete a new lobby sign. The order arrived on time as stated and was exactly what was ordered, no shortage. The letters worked as well as the 10 year old Quartet set we had and no one could tell which letters were old or new. I would recommend this product to anyone wanting reusable magnetic characters.

I was very disappointed in the quality of the letters and that two sheets of letters were not even magnetized. I ordered two sets thinking I would have enough letters but with some not being able to be used I do not have enough. I want to order more but I think I will need to find a different vendor.
