I absolutely love this poncho. Its Handmade & warm The versatility during the summer, wear maybe like a T-shirt under it to keep you cool, and then once winter time comes around, you'll be all nice and warm because of the wool material. I can't say enough good things about it.I would definitely recommend.

This poncho is very lightweight but comfortable and soft. Very nice for a cool evening. Would make a nice beach cover up as well. The hood is comfortable and stays put. The button is in a perfect spot, closing up the neck hole to trap in the warmth. I really like the texture and softness.

The models in the pictures are either very small people, or are modeling a larger size than I received. This is a nice size for cool weather or a drizzle, but too small for cold weather. It works particularly well around campfires or firepits that warm the lower front of your body--this will take care of upper body and back.It has a nice look and feel, although I would call it medium-weight rather than the "lightweight" in the description.

The poncho is really large and generously accommodates misses and plus sizes. And it is extremely warm, so it's slightly too warm for a Summer night, but will be perfect for those cold Spring, Fall, and Winter days and nights. The stitching is high quality with no frays and no extra strings hanging around. This is a high quality piece that has a "personally handmade with love just for you" feel to it.The only downside to this poncho is that it's black and my dog has lots of hair that gravitates to everything. So, between taking it out of the bag, trying it on, and taking it off, it had accumulated some dog hairs. Hopefully this is only because it hasn't been laundered yet. Otherwise, I would recommend getting the tan one if you have a pet who sheds hair that isn't black.

They put that big brown label on it and there is a lot of fur excess which leaves all your cloths dorty after wearing it
