This is a good all in one set up that is easy to use for anyone looking to hang up, well, almost anything. I really like it and am looking to add a few more of them around the house.Every thing is as says heavy duty. However, I do wish they would make one change. The spring. 300lb weight limit. I am a big boy. I have been into body building all my life and well, during off season. If I am 270+ then you know when I first sit, there is that extra momentum to be dealt with which makes it more than 270, probably more than 300. If you add 2-3 people say for a porch bench swing. I like bigger safer buffer zones. It probably does not exceed 300 in this example either. But, boxing is indeed part of my workout. I can make that 100lb bag skyrocket into the air and come down with such force it shakes the rafters in the whole house and send my wife and kids out fussing. I try to time it when they are away to get nasty with it, but sometimes they got to deal. This has caused problems in the past which it why I am actually trying a new hanger for it. I do like the swivel which helps with chain twisting, the spring does seem to help with the noise some.Overall, I am pleased. I think these, as mentioned, will be an easy to install benefit to anyone looking to hang any of the pictured items and maybe even a few not pictured. I have a few ideas, myself. It puts all the hardware you need in one package without having to suss it out yourself.

_The "BeneLabel_Punching Bag Hanger with Spring Beam Hanger Bracket with Stainless Steel Chain Punching Bag Hanging kit Boxing Bag Beam Mount 360° Swivel Hook for Hanging Heavy Bag, Muay Thai (Hanger with Spring)" will help to complete our punching, kicking "exercises" bag. We been using an engine hoist as temporary hanger for our bag. Now we are building a permanent stand including other exercises nearby. We do liked the spring, bracket made of stainless steel, according to the advertise the swivel hook can withstand up to 1000 pounds and spring 300 LB Capacity. We do hope they can withstand such force. We use bolts long enough to goes through the header and than some (the included bolts usable length is only 3 1/4"). We need the bolts to be at the very least 4 1/2" with lockable nuts to ensure a complete through bolts. A 1/4" thick L bracket 4" X 4" also added to the opposite side to ensure the whole bag hanger will not shake it loose during use. So far during the first few time of use, there are little movement (we marked where the brackets supposed to be at) not enough to be concern. We re-adjusted and tighten the hanger, marked, retested. After a few day there aren't any movement at all__

I got this to suspend a chair off of on a covered deck. The swivel is stainless steel so it'll last for a very long time. I wasn't sure if I wanted the version with or without the spring so I got both. I was worried the spring would be too weak and if a larger person sat in it, well you get the idea. In reality the spring is stiffer than I expected. I don't know if it would withstand a 350 lb person sitting in the chair but for those under 200 lbs it works fine.I ended up using both and now have two chairs. This review is for the one without the spring as it relates to hanging a chair. The chains are too short and they appear to be made from steel. The swivel is stainless and will last a very long time but the standard zinc plated steel probably will rust over time. Since they are too short I ended up getting some stainless chain from a marine store. The steel plate is more than thick/ strong enough to hold the weight of even the largest person. It mounts using two different types of fasteners in multiple directions. Much better than just an eye bolt screwed into a beam. The swivel works well under load. It only took a few minutes to hang. Cutting the chain to length took most of the time.

Okay, so this story starts about 10 years ago. I was at the Renaissance Fair and I may have had a large amount of mead and beer when I found myself talking to a shop owner selling hammock chairs. I rested my weary and, possibly, inebriated self on one of their hammock chairs and, because I had managed to hold onto a credit card despite my wife's efforts to remove all methods of payment from my person, I bought one of these wonderful hammock chairs. Mind you, at the time, I had nowhere to hang this thing but I had plans.... okay, I didn't actually have plans, but when I woke up the next day and sobered up, I quickly had to develop plans. Fortunately, I was working overseas at the time and promptly flew 6000 miles away from my drunken purchase.Over the years, the hammock chair moved around the garage, then the shed that we built, and "plans" were made to hang it in the gazebo that we eventually built. Through various structural improvements in the yard, the one thing that was never installed was that hammock chair. Now we get to this hanger meant for heavy bags... after more than a decade, my hammock chair is finally hanging in my gazebo and even though it is below freezing outside, the thing hangs well and is just as comfortable as the first try many years ago when I was under the influence at a Ren Fair. The installation was quick and easy. The bracket is sturdy and even with my 225 pounds hanging on it, I had no worries.Good product, solid product, and it solved a problem I've put off for way too long.
