I wanted a bag that is not too big for the space and to use more for boxing than kicking. Filling the bag is the key. The seller should include some instruction on filling it. I found the best solution on YouTube. Use either old clothing or insulation with zip tie gallon plastic bags between. Great result and have used it with pleasure

Filled the bag, carefully. When I hung it up, I noticed the seams on multiple sides and begun ripping open. Now it’s covered in duct tape.
