This is a very sturdy, sleek, and easy to use pod holder. However, I realized after purchase that nespresso pods don’t say right on them what type of espresso they are for and as I stick pretty religiously to what the box says, that’s a problem for me so while it is BEAUTIFUL - we returned it due to personal preferences. If you don’t particularly care if your pod is an espresso or lungo though, this would work great for you!

Honesty, this is an amazing product. I had bought one from another brand and the bearing was trash and the pods barely fit, but THIS one spins effortlessly and is well manufactured. It takes up a little more counter space but is good looking and the pods glide in the racks. Also, even though it only fits four flavors and then one box in the center, you can actually grab the Nespresso box out of the center storage. And who needs more than four flavors at a time?

The moral of my experience is: DO NOT PURCHASE THIS PRODUCT! YES, it looks good BUT it does NOT function properly.I received the item, discovered the defect and immediately reached out to the seller, PREPARA, it went like this:Hello,I received the Prepara Espresso and Coffee Pods Holder last night and am trying to load my L'Or capsules (which are the SAME as the Nespresso Original capsules) and the pods cannot drop BELOW the last crossbars into the bottom area for take-out.I read the reviews on this and it was pointed out Many times and I figured this problem would have been addressed by Prepara by now. Is MINE defective, or is this what you find acceptable? If this IS acceptable, I wish to return for a refund. If mine is a defect I would like replacement.Please advise, thank you,Same day reply:HI, thank you for your email. I am sorry to hear there’s an issue with your coffee pods holder. Could you please provide a photo of the product/defect.Please let us know if there is anything else we can do to help you.Prepara Customer ServiceSame day reply from me:Thank you for your reply.I have attached a photo. As you will see, the pods are not able to slide down the chute ALL the way. I almost didn’t buy this because of the recent bad reviews but I’m glad I took a chance because it’s perfect. First I was worried about not being able to return but then saw that it is returnable if defective so I had nothing to lose. Second, someone posted a picture of l’or capsules not working. I also have a l’or and noticed the picture was of the larger coffee type pods not the original nespresso size l’or pods. That person was disingenuous about their review because people that own a l’or know that the coffee pods are way larger than the smaller pods this was made for. So yeah it does in fact work for the espresso size l’or pods not the large coffee ones. It spins smoothly and you can take from the bottom or top and a box fits in the middle. I suggest putting a box in the middle first if you have butter fingers and might drop a pod in the middle. Overall I’m very happy with this purchase.

Looks great and holds quite a few pods. Occasionally they slip out, but for the most part this thing works and has been going strong for over a year.

This carousel is the perfect way to store my Nespresso Original Capsules. It is high quality, not at all flimsy, and beautiful to boot. Also, it doesn't take up very much counter space, and it is easy to move around, even all the way across the kitchen, when I need to temporarily make room for different appliances, etc.

Looks good! We have had a similar thing before which we gave away because the build quality was poor and the thing was too shaky. This one is solid and stylish. Fits just the right amount of capsules for a small family.What I did not like is the fact that the rails were a bit too wide and the capsules were falling out at the top. I had to tighten them with pliers carefully (through a cloth, so I don't scratch the rails) before it started working as it's supposed to. I think the product should not require such tuning and should work out of the box. So that knocks one star off.
