The Premium PCT 2.5 inch Bore, 24 inch Stroke Cylinder is the ideal component or replacement cylinder for industrial, construction, and agricultural equipment applications. Each PCT double acting tie-rod hydraulic cylinder provides an operating pressure of 2500 PSI. Our cylinder bore sizes range from 2 inch to 5 inch with a selection of 4 inch to 48 inch strokes. Attachment: Ductile iron, threaded femaile clevis, adjustable with locking bolt.Rod: High tensile steel. Hard chrome plated (0.001 inch Th.) shaft provides extended cylinder life in harsh applications. Final surface hardness 69-71 Rockwell C. ASTM B117-07a salt spray testing 96 hours.
Piston: Ductile iron precision machined providing a malleable bearing surface for extended cylider life.
Ports: ORB for positve sealing.
Pin: Includes steal, zinc plated pins.
Tube: Precision finished skived and burnished or honed heavy wall stell tubing for extended seal and cylinder life.
Steel Tie-rod: Features high tensile strength to prevent stretching.
End Cap: With two ports 90 degrees to eachother for greater flexibility of assembly.
