Slightly too long to fit on table of a Delta 28-180 bandsaw. Adjustments didn't allow for the fence to sit securely to table. Seems like a quality product, just didn't work for me.

While a little flimsy feeling, for the price and size, it works. There is a chance of it not clamping parallel self aligning so I only lock it when I have a square against the platform, mine has a rough surface and not surface ground which may be the cause. The plastic fingers don't seem to have enough precision to not go a half degree one way or the other off square, not really something that can be adjusted out with the screws on the top which allow that. It does clamp square by not allowing to clamp when not perfectly square and it might be my rough edges on the table and not slippery enough causing it.For the price and what I need it for, I'm very happy, just don't expect it to be as smooth as a table saw fence clamp for squareness accuracy if you have a ridged/rough table edge.I recommend this anyway due to value for money and doing what is needed as a square to be sure is always a good idea anyway.

this RIP fence comes in handy. Fits my Craftsmen Band saw and works right out of the box

Not an expensive piece, but the added precision of a rip fence for straight cuts takes my bandsaw to the next level.

It works great on my bandsaw. Fits perfect. I rip small pieces that won't work well on my table saw. I recommend this little gem. For the price it's really nice. Measure your table before you order.

I am very happy with this fence, it took very little adjustment to fit my Delta bandsaw table.

Worked very well. Got it for the Ryobi 9" bandsaw. Requires manual adjusting as it's not incredibly tight or right-angle aligned by default, but it does the job well once adjusted. Sits snugly on the table.

This is a terrible add on, I recommend NOT BUYINGYou could make a better fence by taking a 2x4 and a hatchet in a couple of sea clams it's bold to get on there this thing is junk.If you have a kid you like to play with plastic toy tools giving this he/she will have a great time.Very cheap and does not have any accuracy

This is a good replacement for my Record BS9 band saw rip fence. I was pleased to find it as it appears Record will not sell a replacement rip fence-Go figure?

First off, let me just say that I don't own the 9" Powertec saw that this BS900RF rip fence is actually made for, but instead bought it to adapt to my older 9" Delta 28-150 saw, since Delta stopped making the 28-181 fence for their bench top saws several years ago and the Kreg KMS7200 band saw fence won't work on my model. I did quite a bit of research comparing specs on different manufactures table sizes and fences and as it turned out, the Powertec BS900 with its 11-3/4" square table was the closest match to the Delta, which has an 11-1/2" square table. Also based on pics from the internet and my owner's manual, the Powertec fence was the closest looking match to the discontinued Delta 28-181 fence, although I was fully prepared to have to extensively modify it if necessary. I ended up just needing to remove maybe 1/16" from the upper edge of the lower front cast aluminum guide with a file to allow it to fully slide underneath the table and also had to straighten the hook on the steel rear clamp a tiny bit with a hammer and vise to allow it to engage the bottom lip of the table. Once that was done the fence fit in place almost as if it were made for my saw.The fence only measures a little over 12" long X 2" high and I think it is severely overpriced for what it is, but since it was the best option I could find, for my needs I feel it was worth it. The fence does work well and once I got it adapted and adjusted properly it sets square, clamps down firmly and stays securely in place. Before I got this fence I had just been using a board and clamps, which worked fine, but often required me to use a square on both ends to set it accurately, so was sort of slow and a pain to work with when I needed to change position multiple times to make several different width rip cuts. This fence is much faster and easier for me to setup and remove, so I'm now actually glad that I took a chance and spent the money on it.The product description says that guide bars and mounting screws are included, but none came with mine, so not sure if that is just a typo, but I didn't need them for my application anyway.BTW, if you happen to own a 9" Delta 28-150, SM400, BS100 or Black & Decker BDBS100 and are looking for an OEM style rip fence for it, these saws apparently all have the same size table with the same part number, so this Powertec BS900RF fence should be able to be adapted to any of them.
