This two piece pack of connectors was designed to provide a quick, easy and accurate connection between your track saw guide rails – helping to deliver a longer and stronger rail system for many of your woodworking applications.
The POWERTEC Guide Rail Connectors are made from high quality steel, giving them a premium look and feel, but at an exceptional value. This connector kit comes complete with a 1.3mm hex key, along with set screws that will help secure your connectors, and prevent you from over-tightening (which can lead to rail damage). Unlike other inferior kits, we provide you with both connectors, ensuring that you have everything you need for truly aligned rails and precision straight line cuts.
COMPATIBILITY: Connectors are .467” x .235” x 11-3/4” and will work with any track saw guide with a compatible sized slot. Designed with an easy to install construction, it’s perfectly suited for an assortment of woodworking applications using guide rails and templates from Festool, Makita 39" (199140-0), 55" (194368-5) and 118" (194367-7), DeWalt, and Triton

For whatever reason a lot of people who sell tea truck connectors, don’t seem to want to give you the screws. I don’t think it would cost all that much more to do it but they don’t. I’ve use these connectors many times they connect well and tighten well and there’s nothing really to complain about they just work

Bought these for my extra track I purchased separately. I bought a less pricy set but they only locked one track not both. This set kept everything perfectly aligned.

The connector works works well. It's just as good as the name brand connector. The replacement splinter guard is garbage. The double sided glue tape fell off before I even applied the guard to the track. I tried 3 different glues to adhere the guard to the track without success. I cleaned the guard, scuffed it a little to have a rough surface. No luck. Everything stuck to the aluminum track very well though. The deal I thought I was getting wasn't a deal after all. I have has good luck with Powertec products but not this splinter guard. I would not recommend it.

Like many others who use the Kreg track saw system, I noticed the genuine Kreg guide rail connectors (ACS445) are almost impossible to find and also unreasonably pricey. After reading lots of reviews I saw a few had verified these Powertec guide rail connectors actually work well with Kreg even though it's not mentioned in the product description.After receiving these, I am also able to verify they work great to connect two Kreg ACS430 guide tracks for considerably less than the Kreg version.

The Dewalt rail connectors were back order. Got these instead. Much less expensive and you get 2 vs 1 with Dewalt. Work perfectly.

Lo compré para unir dos guías de una sierra Makita SP6000, ya que me fue prácticamente imposible conseguir las guías originales con los distribuidores de Makita en México. Llegaron rapidísimo y la calidad es muy buena. Cumplen perfectamente con su función y es mucho más económico que el Makita.Muy recomendable.
