I bought two of these to use as 'fish houses' in my outdoor pond and loving them. They worked out really well. They're heavy enough to sit on the bottom of the pond and not float like some other things I tried so I'm very happy how well it worked out. Fish seem to love them and they're protected.

Looks good and works ok. For me I was trying to split flow between a generator air intake and push air under the engine for cooling. Thermal camera showed my design approach didn’t make much difference, so I am returning it undamaged.

Nice to be able to get this item that wasn’t available at my local woodworking supply store. Using for a small RV travel trailer for portable AC exhaust, to convert the 6” hose out of the air conditioner to two 4” exhaust duct ports on my RV (to increase airflow).

I think this is more designed for fine dust instead of shavings. I ended up cutting the gusset supports out of it, because it just keeps getting blocked up by my planer...I'm a huge powertec supporter.. but this needs some reinventing or possibly a different design for larger shavings... if it didn't clog up and need modified I'd give it 5 stars..

Livraison 📦Rapide, arrivé en parfait état dans son carton.Utilisation 🔧C’est un adaptateur 6 inch vers deux sorties 4 inch. Je l’utilise sur mon extracteur d’air. Cela me permet d’évacuer la fumée de mes deux machines de gravure laser vers l’extérieur. J’ai rajouté un morceau de gorilla tape sur le côté 6 inch pour seller les fuite d’air.Je suis satisfait du produit.

The vacuum came with a 5 1/2" to 4" wye, so I was concerned that I would get the same item. I was very glad when it fit my 6" saddle-Tee's perfectly.

My dust collection system employs a 6-inch duct hose. I wanted it to be 5-inch but I bought the Oneida Super Dust Deputy XL https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B011DI6FE2/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1 and it uses 6-inch ducting.Now I had to adapt the 6-inch hose to two, 4-inch hoses. To do this initially, I went to the local Big Box Store and bought 6-inch steel ducting fittings. Expensive. And large. VERY LARGE. And they didn't fit together without aluminum ducting tape. What a pain.I put up with the loss of floor space until I found this Powertec 6-inch-to-4-inch wye adapter.Look at the picture -- the space savings from 6-inch steel ducting to this Powertec Wye is remarkable.To adapt the Wye to the hose required a POWERTEC 70280V 6-Inch Hose Splice https://www.amazon.com/dp/B09VXBSQC7?ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_product_details&th=1I already had the 6" hose clamp. Everything fit like a glove.More floor space!Love it.

Would have preferred a metal version to use worm clamps on, but seems solid for plastic.and fit well standard 6" and 4" ducts. I would use again.

Using this "Y" for running two 4 inch bathroom fans to vent out one 6 inch wall vent.
