Made with open coat Aluminum Oxide (A/O) grain, they act as a multi-purpose tool best used for wood sanding, shaping, stripping and giving a smooth finish to many of your woodworking applications. Each belt flaunts an X-weight clothed backing, and possesses a strong resin on resin bond with well crafted seams for long lasting results.

They work great, have been sanding a 36x16ft indoor floor ( 75yrs old ) and the 40grit belts have done a nice job.$10 cheaper than buying a similar product in a local store.

I sanded my hardwood floors with these. They are less aggressive than a drum sander you can rent from the store but these are more forgiving. They do remove a good amount of material and were easy to attach to my machine

These are surprisingly good belts. Very happy with the quality, there are multiple belts/grits in the package. I've used them on metal and wood, the hold up, don't plug up. Would recommend.

I used these belts for sanding the joists of an old deck frame that had a lot of uneven rises in the wood. I purchased a 10 pack of these belts because I thought that the price was so reasonable that I would sail through them pretty quickly. WRONG. I have sanded over 300 linear feet of these old boards and only went through two of the belts, simply because I hit and unseen nail and ripped the belt. Neither belt ever came apart from at the seam. I would definitely buy this product again and would gladly give it more stars if I could. I recommend this company and their products as HIGH quality and very REASONABLE cost.

These work very well, and are very well made. I only took 1 star off because they don't seem to track as well as some of the name brand belts I've used, and take a little extra fiddling to stay aligned properly. Otherwise a fantastic value and I would definitely purchase again. Would give 4.5 stars if possible

I was so happy to get some much needed 40 grit belts. Only to have 2 of them shed apart in less than 6 feet. 1 leaving pieces inside the sander that I than had to figure out how to carefully remove without damaging anything. I am NOT happy with the quality. The 40 grit does what it needs to amazingly well. If and when the belt holds together. I am on belt number 4 and i havent even made it 20 ft. Needed for a project on a time crunch they will work. Need them to last? Plan ahead and order from gator or one of the other usa made companies. I give 3 stars only for the fact that they do do their job when they stay whole.

Having previously ordered the wrong size belt for my sander I had no hesitation in ordering these correct size belts. They prooved very durable and did a great job on the reclaimed wood I was making a double bed out of. It does extend their useful life if they are cleaned from time to time with sanding belt cleaning block, which is a silicon type rubber 'stick' that you rub across the running belt or disc.
