The voltage on these is just a little too high to power your LED strings to replace batteries and consequently the LEDs fade and burn outzover a short time.

Replacement for a LED Christmas wreath power adapter with a cracked case. Twenty minutes and a few pieces of heat shrink tubing, now the wreath is working like new!

I matched the voltage and current output of this power supply to our current one that was no longer functioning. I bought this version as it included the connection wire, in case I needed to replace my leads from the tree in order to switch the polarity of the new power supply's output to match our tree. But, fortunately, the polarity lined up and the trees existing plug fit the new supply.Our tree is now lit and working great again!
