My complaint with the seller is the lack of a video describing how best to use this product when warming up in the batter's box or using it as an exercise device at home. It could be a safety issue if used incorrectly (dislocate shoulder, torn rotator cuff, etc.)..

I like that the weight is easy to put on and off. It is easier to warm up swinging one heavy bat verses two bats at once. The swing is more natural since it is a single bat.

Built well and I expected to last me a lifetime. I use it every time to warm up in the batter's box. I've noticed improvements in my bat swing which as generated me more batting power, leading to more home runs and extra base hits. I currently use a 28 oz bat.
