My 7 year old wanted a record player to play her own music and she was thrilled with this. The white and rose gold coloring is really pretty. I like that it's suitcase style so she can carry it room to room if she wants to. I also like that it comes with an adapter to plug it into the wall instead of charging it like some others I looked at. It's very simple for her to operate herself. All the parts are plastic, but they seem to be good quality. I'm taking a star off for sound quality. This has built in speakers and they do a decent job for the price point, but there is some static sound on several records.

Super cool gift idea for a music lover. I know a ton of music lovers, and this is perfect. The price for a record player that works this well is great. It doesn't need external speakers. You can carry it wherever you want to party. I wish it would pair with another Bluetooth speaker instead of letting me pair stuff to it, but that is small potatoes. I got it as a cool, portable, record playing gift. It blows that need out of the water.

I do love that it has Wireless Bluetooth capability, but the sound quality is not really what vinyl aficionados would be interested in. It's compact and easily transported. The case feels well made. Since we do still have lots of vinyl and want to hear it at its best, my take on this is that it would be a great way to get younger people interested in collecting/experiencing vinyl without a major expenditure. Yes, it is nostalgic and reminds us of perhaps our first record player (with some enhanced modern tech added), but its probably going in my granddaughter's room:)

I absolutely love this portable turntable!!! It has been such a nostalgic, fun return back to my youth. The compact, suitcase design definitely allows you to use it anywhere and the rose gold corner protectors and hardware add updated style. All of the features of a full sized stereo are there: auto stop control at the end of the album, speed selection (78/33/45), record adapter for playing 45’s. The volume and speakers are quite good as is, but the capability to enhance the audio is also there with audio in/out jacks as well as a headphone jack. To complete the modern upgrades, this turntable is bluetooth compatible with a rechargeable battery function when there is no power outlet. I’m using it inside at at medium to low volume which allows me to hear it clearly from room to room. The remaining volume availability should adequately support outdoor sound without disappearing within a few feet. If you’re longing to dust off your vinyl collection or intrigued by adding it to your listening library, this Goldship turntable is your ticket to both. I listened to records growing up, because there were no CDs or MP3s yet. I find that there's something so sweet and nostalgic about listening to vinyl. But now, like most people, I listen to most of my music on my phone. This awesome GOLDSHIP record player is a marriage of both worlds; I can play an old vinyl record or listen to my current music through the Bluetooth speakers. The design of this record player is very attractive, in white with rose gold accents. The suitcase design and rechargeable battery are the perfect solution for both storage and portability, and it would be a lot of fun to bring this to any outdoor gathering. Of course, you can't expect the speakers to sound like top-of-the-line audio equipment, especially for the price, but if you like nostalgia and a sleek retro look, you will enjoy this a lot. It would also make a great gift!

Suitcase record players aren’t for everybody, and that’s ok. It’s cute and functional which is great when you’re looking for a starter turntable - especially if you don’t know yet if you want to invest in vinyl collection! Very easy to move around as needed.
