  • 1. No, this small printer only support thermal paper, not regular paper.

    2. The thermal paper may be installed reversed(only one side is printable). Please correct it before printing

  • 1. Download the APP "DocPrinter" from App store

    2. Turn on the printer, Click the "My Device" on the APP to search P8008WD and connect.

    Attention: Portable printer can't pair with phone or tablet directly, must be pair on the App"DocPrinter".

  • 1. Download the driver from meihengtong official website (Please check your computer's operation system before download)

    2. After install the driver, turn on the printer and using the data cable to connect P8008WD printer and your computer.

  • 1. Check if the printer driver is installed properly. Try to update or reinstall driver.

    2. Go to "Control Panel>Devices and Printers" to confirm if the printer has been set as the system default printer and check if the print queue is stuck.
