After 4 months of use and 600+ labels printed, this printer shorted out, printed an all black label and completely shut off! If you’re planning to use this regularly like I did, invest in something more reliable.

I don’t know why I waited so long to buy one of these. It’s perfect for those of us that need to print something once every six months. Definitely not a daily printer.

While I think it would be great if I knew how to use it. I returned it and am still being harassed by being accused of not returning it. But I did return it and may be charged for it. Very disappointing.

I used it for printing pictures and I wanted it to print documents such as letters the things you normally print but it doesn't and it only print black / white the paper that comes with it is great you just have to measure the size of how much you’re printing 8x10 normal or 5x7 I don't think you can buy picture paper to print regular pictures. Overall it a good printer great to have.
